Rubber Flex Collet Feature:
The gripping force is 2 to 3 times compared with the steel collet as the special design and the spring. The force Parallel and evenly distribute in the workpiece instead of the two ends. But the regular steel-body collet alwys has such a issue(as below ).
The materials between the grippers is made of synthetic rubber, the surface of the gripper and the through hole are tightly connected together.Compared with the regular collet, no any influence by the hot temperature,collant and the chips,besides,it can keep smart in its service life.

The collet can seal the workpiece and the spindle,which can avoid the damage by the grinding materials and the chips.
The collet hardness,copious cooled, is HRC58-60. The rotating run-out accuracy is leas than 10μ，and the calmping range is 土0.5mm.
